Elkem Silicones started its commercial operations from Mumbai India in Jan 2013. With the strong business growth along with double digit growth in Indian automotive segment in the last decade has created a need for global technical know-how adapted to local conditions in a dynamic and competitive industry scenario. Elkem Silicones India MIX & FIX CENTER™ started in Dec 2019 to offer Ready to Use Silicone Rubber Compound catering to South Asia customers and strategically poistion to offer value added services to the neighbouring countries mainly Middle East & Africa.

India Mix-Fix Plant is likely to get: ISO 9001:2015 ,EMS ISO 14001:2015 certification by end of 2020.

The curent site has a ready infrastructure to start another application development centre in a short notice.
