Annual General Meeting 2022

Elkem ASA will host its annual general meeting on Wednesday 27 April 2022 at 09:00 (CET).

Important Message

The board of directors of Elkem ASA has decided to welcome the shareholders of the company to witness the general meeting by physical presence at:

Felix Conference Center, Bryggetorget 3, Aker Brygge in Oslo.

No pre-registration will be required for physical attendance as the annual general meeting still will be held as a digital meeting.  Attendees will be given opportunities to submit questions verbally, but all attendees will have to bring their smartphone, tablet or PC to be able to cast votes during the meeting.
